Jay Fisher is an agricultural specialist and consultant for SkySkopes and Magic Sky Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. He also consults for the Minot Area Development Corporation and L&Q International, Inc. Jay earned his MS from North Dakota State University and spent 22 years as Director of NDSU-North Central Research Extension Center. He has strong experience in precision agricultural systems, agronomy, plant breeding, and genetics.
